Natalie Portman is an American theater and film actress with Israeli roots, plus she’s a director, screenwriter, and producer. She’s best known for her debut role in Leon and for Closer, where she snagged a Golden Globe and got nominated for a BAFTA and an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. She’s also a big deal for her part in the Star Wars prequel trilogy. She won an Oscar, Golden Globe, BAFTA, and Saturn award for Best Actress in Black Swan.

In 2017, she was up for another Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role for playin’ Jackie in the flick Jackie. That movie’s about Jacqueline Kennedy, the First Lady of the US in the early ’60s, a mega-popular woman and style icon of her time.
