   I guess it does depend on the skills of the surgeon. To make a boob job look as natural as real breasts.

   And I don’t understand how these women aren’t spending a lot of time searching for that surgeon with that particular set of skills.

   Because how can you look in the mirror, see those monstrosities (what look like two over-sized bocce balls) and convince yourself that you look O.K.???

      I've been to Brazil. Brazil will NEVER, EVER match the quality of women you will find in Toronto alone. The obesity rate in Brazil is out of control. It's so insanely overrated.
