A breast reduction leaves a very large (upside down "T") scar, running the length of the breast crease, with a vertical scar going up from the crease to the nipple. The nipple will have a scar around the circumference (from the repositioning and resizing). On that note, this girl has bigger areolas than AW now has post surgery/resizing (as seen in recent photos, see the link below from @Raven). Reduction scars are very noticeable (for many years). This girl has not had a reduction (no scars). This is not her... end of story.
I pray that it IS her, but at this point, I'm remaining skeptical until some hard evidence/proof comes out. Maybe if she actually confirms it, then I'll believe. Either way, this chick has some great tits, so I have to fap, anyway.

Breast reduction and enlargement surgery now goes around the outside of the nipple to minimize visible scarring. Doctors make precision cuts where the areolas start. Only women with scars under their breasts are those who can't afford the no-scar procedure.
Umm... google "Ariel Winter scar", study the scar, then explain how you figure that said scar "goes around the outside of the nipple", as it would mean that her areolas cover her entire breasts and then some. Then get Guinness Book of World Records on the phone and tell them you've found the largest areolas in human history.
Brutus, that's not true. For small breast enlargements, you can do an infraareolar incision with minimal scarring. For larger ones, you need to do a visible submammary incision. Anyway, she had a reduction, not an enlargement. The only way to do a reduction is with scarring. There will be a visible vertical line extending from the areola to the submammary fold where there will be a horizontal scar. There will also be a scar going around the areola. Trust me, it's my job.
