Yes, millions of women (stocky Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ones in particular) have a ‘baby hair’ border around their hairline. The civilized ones pluck it, just like they’d pluck their unibrow, shave their armpits or trim down a massive bush. The rest simply succumb to their high testosterone levels and stay in their mom’s basement. I’m glad someone finds them attractive - whatever floats your boat.
In the cover picture of this post, it looks like the iPhone X-series Portrait mode smoothing algorithm didn't know what to make of the hairline, so it ended up flagging it as a skin blemish and blurred the heck out of it. So now it no longer looks like little mutant hairs but more like she had a brain transplant.
