Meet Ahmo Kathleen Hight, born September 18, 1973, in Chicago, Illinois, an American fitness model, swimsuit model, and actress. She first blew up by winnin’ the Ms. Fitness USA (Western States Division) and Ms. Fit Body Bay Area in 1994, then started posin’ for fitness and muscle mags.
In 1997, she kicked off her actin’ career, sometimes goin’ by Amy Hite, poppin’ up in made-for-video and cable flicks, mostly in the softcore porn scene. She also showed out in Playboy vids and starred alongside Anna Nicole Smith in the mockumentary Anna Nicole Smith Exposed, plus episodes of Pacific Blue and Hotel Exotica.
