Check out Michelle Dockery, born December 15, 1981, in London, a British actress and singer. She honed her skills at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and jumped into pro stage work at the National Theatre in 2004.
Dockery blew up worldwide playin’ Lady Mary Crawley in the hit series Downton Abbey (2010-2015) and its two movie follow-ups. She’s also popped off in flicks like Anna Karenina (2012), Non-Stop (2014), and The Gentlemen (2019). On TV, she led in Good Behavior, Godless, and Defending Jacob. Nominated for a bunch of Emmys and Golden Globes, she’s also a trained jazz singer who’s hit the stage for live sets.
