Stockard Channing, born Susan Antonia Williams Stockard on February 13, 1944, is an American actress who’s done it all on stage, film, and TV. She’s best known for playin’ Betty Rizzo in Grease (1978) and First Lady Abbey Bartlet on The West Wing (1999–2006). She also originated the role of Ouisa Kittredge in Six Degrees of Separation, snaggin’ a Tony Award nomination and an Oscar nod for Best Actress for the film version.
