This is that weird in-between kind of thing. It's CGI, but it's also her. They CGI'd her actual naked body over her for this scene, so she wasn't naked while they filmed with all these people.

If her word isn't good enough, do what I did; get a picture of her naked stomach from her bath scene (facing the camera of course) then compare the tits between that picture and featured pictures 2 or 3.
