Ornella Muti (born March 9, 1955) is an Italian actress. She was born in Rome as Francesca Romana Rivelli, to a Neapolitan journalist father and Ilse Renate Krause, a Baltic German sculptor from Estonia. Her maternal grandparents emigrated from Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg, Russia) to Estonia.
She is known for her work on “Flash Gordon” (1980), “Oscar” (1991) and “La moglie più bella” (1970). She was previously married to Federico Fachinetti and Alessio Orano.
