Hadise Açıkgöz, born on October 22, 1985, in Mol, is a Belgian-Turkish pop singer, songwriter, dancer, and TV personality. She began singing on Idool 2003 as a teen and released her debut album Sweat in 2005, achieving chart success in Belgium and Turkey. Her 2008 self-titled album featured her first Turkish #1 hit, “Deli Oğlan.”
In 2009, she represented Turkey at Eurovision with “Düm Tek Tek,” finishing 4th and earning Belgium another chart-topper. Hadise has since released several albums (Fast Life, Kahraman, Aşk Kaç Beden Giyer?, Tavsiye, Şampiyon), served as judge on The X Factor Belgium and O Ses Türkiye, and launched a fashion brand. She speaks five languages and advocates for children’s rights as a UNICEF Turkey ambassador.
