            "oui-oui" isn't a French cartoon; it's the French name for "Noddy"... But some people say "go to the wah-wah" when they go to the bathroom (wa-wa for water closet). Yes, in France, we use the word "waters" for toilets. Nevermind, this actress is ugly :-)
