Not that she's ugly now, she's still irresistibly hot, but she lost that natural cute face after the surgery.
If she stops the surgery now and just lives a healthy lifestyle she'll age pretty gracefully into her 50s easily and might even regain some hints of the cute features the knife took away.
She's definitely the subject of any hiking fantasy I have now.
