Anna‑Katharina Fecher, born on October 29, 1988, in Quthing, Lesotho, is a German actress who grew up in western Germany. She studied acting at the “Art of Acting” school in Berlin (2009–2013) and later trained in New York.
She appeared in TV shows such as Das Haus Anubis, Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten (2010, 2024), and was a series regular on Alles was zählt (2011–2014) playing Melanie Wendt. Since 2018 she has featured in episodic roles in Katie Fforde, Einstein, Nachtschwestern, and Alarm für Cobra 11. In 2024 she joined the main cast of Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten as Matilda Kaltenbach. She has also acted in short films including What We Miss, Rose Tinted Glass, and Conscious Consequences, and appears at theatre venues across Germany. She is 169 cm tall, speaks German and English, lives in Berlin, and holds a U.S. green card.
