Jennifer Lopez and Josh Duhamel are seen for the first time filming an action scene for “Shotgun Wedding” in the Dominican Republic, 03/18/2021.
Josh took over the lead role after Armie Hammer stepped aside following the recent scandal in which controversial texts and social media posts and allegations of sexual abuse and cannibalistic fetishism were made against The Social Network star in January.
Jlo and Josh play Grace and Tom, a couple who gather their lovable and opinionated family for the ultimate destination wedding only to begin getting cold feet over their upcoming nuptials. Adding more drama to the story, the characters all find themselves in danger when their entire party is taken, hostage. Lopez and Josh were seen bloodied and bruised in the scene and running from a venue and later hand in hand, facing each other in what appeared to be a moment in which they exchange vows as masked gunmen looked on.
