Anna-Maria Galojan, born February 23, 1982, is an Estonian politician and public figure once hailed as one of the country’s most popular young leaders. She led the youth wing of the Estonian Reform Party, ran (unsuccessfully) for parliament, and worked on pro-EU initiatives.

In May 2011 she was convicted of embezzling €60,000 from the NGO European Movement Estonia while serving as its CEO. She fled to London, claimed political refugee status, and fought extradition for years, calling herself a dissident and alleging the charges were politically motivated. In February 2015 she was finally extradited and sent to Tallinn Prison.
She also made headlines in 2009 when she posed nude on the cover of Estonian Playboy.
